I started helping out around Torringford’s station when I was about 15 and joined in 1975 at 18 years old as a full member. After 22 years and serving in various capacities I left the department to serve on the Board of Public Safety for the next 13 years.

In 2021 and with retirement approaching I decided to rejoin the department to help out with the fire police and to do whatever I could to support the organization.

I started at Torringford Fire Department in 2019 as a Fire Police officer. I always wanted to give back and help out the community through volunteering and this was right up my alley. In my time here at Torringford I’ve worked with a great group of people who share the same passion and had many great opportunities as well.

Pat has been the treasurer at Torringford since 2013. He has been vital to the success of our department, and is instrumental to the day to day operations of Torringford.
